Island of Isis Dance Retreat - Grailville

CHECK LIST AND INFORMATION

*   Check-in time is Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.   Please come to the Caravansary building for registration, room assignment and orientation to the grounds and facilities.  If you arrive late, meet us for dinner in the dining hall.

*    Bring your hafli performance music on a CD. (3-4 minutes maximum, and please, please, have only your music on the CD!!)  Give us your CD with your real name written on it at registration on Friday.  We’ll start the music first before you enter the stage unless you tell us otherwise. 

*   Bring your own towels & toiletries.  Bed linens, pillows & blankets will be provided.   You will be asked to change the bed linens upon your departure.   Thanks for your cooperation!

*   Please pack lightly; closet space is very limited.  We suggest: dance attire for 3 days, performance costume, and some comfortable casual clothing and walking shoes.  An umbrella can be handy.

*   Please remember that Grailville is an alcohol-free environment.  No smoking is permitted in the buildings.  Smoking is permitted outdoors and in the Gazebo.  You may bring snack foods and alcohol-free beverages.  There is a snack area with a refrigerator and coffee maker in the basement each dorm building.

*   Fabulous shopping is in the lower level of Hodie. 

*   Bring a favorite dancing video or DVD that we can view on Friday eve or during free time.   Televisions are available in every building.

* We hope to have a masseuse available during free time on Saturday afternoon.  Details and prices will be available at check in.  You may sign up for this on a first come basis.
